As Senior Business Analyst my tasks heavily include leading a team of Business Analysts primarily on one of KSA's leading Bank's eCorp (Online Corporate Banking) project. The eCorp project entails an electronic channel for both Bank customers and Bank employees for the fulfillment of customer transactions.

Established an American Sports Company that focuses on the development, promotion, and execution of sports programs targeting youth in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia regions. I assume responsibility of not only management of the Sports Academy, but also the communication and marketing of the MESA brand. All technology-related initiatives relating to the fulfillment of developing the customer database, sales and lead generation, marketing, and operations are handled by the CIO.

A personal dot com startup that has faced its fair share of bumps along the way; a gradually stabilizing learning curve nevertheless. This project initially started out as an experimentation to build a web-based application deemed useful as a collaborative platform for residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (a social-network with a Saudi touch). The idea however evolved into something more specific in the early months of 2010 and was therefore placed on the backburner and is back to the scratch board. Although it was increasingly adopted by people in the Kingdom, the current track did not match the vision.

Status: Design Phase II - ON HOLD

As Business Analyst my tasks involved documenting proposals, producing impact analysis documents, documenting software requirement specifications (SRS'), UAT-testing, and workshops. My work has pivoted around the Financial Sector, with minimal exposure to other industries. All of my work – with no exception – has been to design custom-based solutions following standard SDLC practices with the philosophy that significant ROI for web-based applications cannot be achieved with an off-the-shelf product.

The ITS Intern's role was to lead and assess all IT/ITS related projects for the Transit Agency. Played a key role in the AVL (Automatic Vehicle Locator) Project and IT/ITS Plan for the Town of Blacksburg. Assisted in the preparation and launch of the Transit's website (btransit.org).

Online Shift-Scheduling System
• An initiative I personally presented to BT. Recommendation that was highly needed to simplify the existing paper-based shift scheduling process
• Solution: Selected, proposed, and configured an online shift-scheduling system that is currently being utilized to this date
